Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence or Emotional Quotient (EQ) is all about the ability to understand, use and manage your emotions.

Having awareness of self is powerful, it makes you more objective, and really changes how you operate especially when you are under pressure. Consciously developing it will help you to get from reactive to responsive even in a crisis and so we must mindfully adopt practices to develop it.
