ISL: Sharing the same research narrative as ESL but through the lens of senior leadership, this course is a valuable part of your ongoing development, focussing on systems, trauma-responsiveness, and your development of emotionally intelligent self-awareness. You’ll develop the confidence to lead well and most importantly be well.
